This form is for new memberships only. If you are an existing member and have any issues with your membership, please contact the club at office at levingolfclub dot co dot nz. If you were previously a member of Levin Golf Club Inc., you must provide details of that membership. Former members who were in arrears will need to pay any money owed before being accepted for membership.

If your application is not accepted and approved by the Board, your membership fees will be refunded. Applications will not be accepted from people with unresolved disciplinary or financial issues at any New Zealand Golf Club.
