We welcome large touring groups, golf trips, corporate events and tournaments.  If you wish to run a large event at Levin (more than 16 people), please use our Event Booking Form (click here) as early as possible to let us know your requirements.  No obligation applies until we have an agreement about the date, time, and terms of the event.

This form gives us a lot of the information we would need to ask you anyway, so please take the time to give us as much detail as possible.

Before you start, a few things to think about:

• Timing:  we can accomodate most requests.  Our standard club playing day is Saturday morning, so we will need a fair bit of time to negotiate if you wish to play at that time.
• Pricing:  we have standard pricing for large groups, we will advise when we know the group size.
• Alcohol:  Levin Golf Club holds a club license.  Under this license alcohol is not allowed on the course, and BYO alcohol is a breach of our license and the law.  Should your event wish to allow alcohol on course, a special license can be applied for at your cost.  We need 8 weeks notice to acquire a special license.  The club is required to administer the sale of alcohol under such a license, additional staff costs will also have to be paid by the requestor.
